Q: Is JetRails an infrastructure provider or a service provider?

A: Both! JetRails provides fully-managed hosting for eCommerce and other mission-critical websites and applications. We can provide dedicated servers and clusters directly, and can also architect, manage, monitor, maintain and support environments in public clouds like AWS and Digital Ocean. 

 

Q: What’s included in a JetRails hosting environment?

A: Everything needed to run a mission-critical eCommerce application. All JetRails clients are provided with a 24/7 USA Based support team, experienced system administrators, off-server backups, Cloudflare CDN + WAF, and platform acceleration via Varnish or FPC, along with our proactive monitoring and alerting systems.

 

Q: What is JetRails support availability?

A: JetRails provides 24/7/365 support by phone, ticket, and e-mail. We pick up our phones within 10 seconds (no automated phone menus – get right to a hosting expert), and respond to tickets within 15 minutes. We strive to resolve issues at the first touchpoint and have specialized hosting engineers ready and waiting to help!

 

Q: Does JetRails monitor websites?

A: Yes! We operate our own NOC (pronounced “knock”) and offer proactive monitoring services. We know very quickly if a site becomes unavailable to the public, and automatically open an urgent ticket to begin troubleshooting. In the case of a DDoS attack, for instance, we can often detect and resolve any issues before you know that your site was under attack.

 

Q: Will I get to work with someone in the USA?
